Six hundred sixty-ninth post
Today, I part ways with my love. I'm moving to Japan and Chicago will be staying at home with my parents in sunny Southern California. I will miss my fluffy kitty and I already can't wait until I see him again.
As for the blog, I have literally hundreds, if not thousands, of photos of Chicago, so the blog will continue. I have posts queued up for about a month. Hopefully I'll be able to access internet by then and add to the queue so you don't have go without your daily dose of Chicago.

You may notice his right arm is slightly shaved. He had a dental cleaning and they shaved off some fur for the IV while he was knocked out. His teeth are now squeaky-clean and Chicago still dislikes the vet.

A minute before this shot, Chicago was in the garage looking out into the street and a car drove by. He immediately came into the living room and look expectantly at the front door. On that day, Chicago was unfortunately still stuck with just me, but about an hour after this post goes up, I'll be picking up my parents from LAX.

Yeah, this week is just going to be filled with old photos until I can upload some new ones (and I have lots) over the weekend.
This one is from 2008. The scar on his nose was a bit bigger back then. I also love how you can see the black eyebrow whiskers over his left eye.

Blast from the past. This shot was taken in June of 2007. Seeing Chicago everyday, I tend to forget that he was a cute little thing when he first came to this house.
